PUERTO PLATA. – The Hodelpa Group began the development of the Xanadú Resort & Residences real estate project, in the exclusive Playa Dorada complex in Puerto Plata, on a 35,000 square meter site with an investment of US$36 million, the only project in the area surrounded by two impressive beaches, with a view to being ready by March 2023.
