Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, Gastronomy or related careers.
Courses or certifications in A&B Management, Cost Control or similar (desirable).
Work experience:
Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar position in high-end hotels or restaurants.
Job Requirements:
· Experience leading teams and managing budgets and operating costs.
· Advanced knowledge of food and beverage management, inventory control and supplier management.
· Knowledge of food hygiene and food handling.
· Proficiency in hotel management systems and intermediate Excel.
· Ability to communicate in the English language.
