Academic background:
Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Information Technology Management, Digital Transformation or related areas.
Advanced knowledge in SharePoint and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook).
Management of Asana or other project management and CRM tools.
Experience in training and documentation of technology processes is a plus

Work experience:
2 to 4 years' experience in technology support roles, digital transformation or collaborative platform management.

Requirements:
Implement and manage SharePoint as a central platform for internal documentation and collaboration.
Develop and update best practice manuals on the use of technology tools within the company.
Design and execute training programs for staff on the use of current systems (Microsoft Office, internal platforms and collaborative tools).
Monitor compliance with best practices in the use of technology at the organizational level.
Propose improvements to technology processes to increase operational efficiency.
