Academic background:
• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Information Technology Management, Digital Transformation or related areas.
• Advanced knowledge in SharePoint and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook).
• Management of Asana or other project management and CRM tools.
• Experience in training and documentation of technology processes is a plus
Work experience:
2 to 4 years' experience in technology support roles, digital transformation or collaborative platform management.
Requirements:
• Implement and manage SharePoint as a central platform for internal documentation and collaboration.
• Develop and update best practice manuals on the use of technology tools within the company.
• Design and execute training programs for staff on the use of current systems (Microsoft Office, internal platforms and collaborative tools).
• Monitor compliance with best practices in the use of technology at the organizational level.
• Propose improvements to technology processes to increase operational efficiency.
